Hypixel Studios Limited (“Hypixel Studios”) is registered as a company in Northern Ireland. For the purposes of this privacy notice ("Notice"), Hypixel Studios is the controller and is responsible for your personal data and the terms “we”, "us" and "our" refers to Hypixel Studios.


We here at Hypixel Studios know the importance of your privacy and value it as much as you do. To that extent, we use as little of your information as possible but wish to fully inform you of what information we do collect when you visit our website.

They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.


We do not knowingly collect, use or share personal information for any child under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent or as permitted by law. Hypixel Studios operates as a global gaming company, offering Services to our players and community around the world, as such our data may be stored in servers which are located in countries other than your own (including the United States) In the cases where data is transferred out of the UK or EEA, Hypixel Studios relies upon standard contractual clauses.
